These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MLMLife website at mlm.life and the MLMLife application (collectively, the "Service") operated by MLMLife ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

MLMLife is an AI-powered daily activity management platform for network marketers. The Service provides prospect management, video tracking, AI-generated message drafting, engagement scoring, and team collaboration tools.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam and telemarketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal information without consent
• Upload malicious code or content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including prospect data, messages, and video links. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate message drafts, engagement scores, and other suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for all messages you send, whether drafted by AI or written manually.

Messaging and Communications

If you use the Service's messaging features (including Twilio-powered SMS), you are responsible for complying with all applicable communications laws and regulations. You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending messages. We are not liable for your messaging practices.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing period. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days are eligible for a prorated refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLMLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your needs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
